Gather the M&Ms from your supply bag  

Suck your tongue to the roof of your mouth, your whole tongue should be touching the roof of your mouth  

Place an M&M on each side of the "cave" that is crated when you have a good suction  

Hold this position for 20 seconds and repeat 5 times
