Are Braces or Aligners More Visible?

Joannie wants to know, are braces or aligners more visible? 
 
The truth is that aligners tend to be a lot more incognito, because they hug the tooth, they're clear, they're plastic. 

So when you put them on, if you don't have any attachments on the teeth, it's really hard to tell they're even on. So unfortunately, braces do have an unfair advantage there in that they are quite more visible.
