Pulling the string
Take out the rope and weights you were given at your first appointment.
Place the string in your mouth.
With your mouth open, use the tip of your tongue to keep the disc attached to the string where it is.
With your lips, pull the string into your mouth.
Adjust the force inside the mouth so that the rope remains on point N.
Repeat the movement until the weight reaches the lips.
Add more weight in week 2 if exercise becomes too easy.
