Take out a small quantity, the size of a sewing-pin head, of the coloplast product given to you at your first appointment. 

Roll the small amount of coloplast between your fingers. 

Dry the palate with a tissue and place the paste on the N point and also place a piece of product in the center of the palate. 

Mould the coloplast on the palate so that it is smooth. 

This product is very durable and will last for many hours. 

Keep the tip of your tongue on the coloplast for as long as the product lasts, then remove it before going to sleep.
