Bubblegum compression  

You'll need a balloon eraser. 

Make sure you breathe through your nose. 

Chew the gum into a small ball, then place it in the middle of the tongue. 

Press your whole tongue against the roof of your mouth, keeping your mouth open as much as possible. When properly applied, the gum forms a thin, flat layer. 

Repeat the exercise 20 times a day.
