Wheels on the bus

Take a Cheerio or an M&M  

Stick out your tongue and place the cheerio flat on the centre of your tongue. 

Curve the tongue into a taco shape and wiggle it to guide the cheerio so that it stands upright like a wheel.  

Once the cheerio is in wheel position, hold the pose for 10 seconds and repeat the exercise 3 times a day.
