Drinking through a Fun Straw
Take the spiral straw and a glass of water or the drink of your choice.
Place the straw in the glass and lay it flat against your front teeth.
Place your tongue on the N point and close your lips around the straw.
Keep your teeth together and drink through the straw.
Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Use the same amount of liquid each time, about 1/3 cup.
Ideally, this should take about 30 seconds. Time yourself to see the progress.
