Holding the pudding
Gather a spoon and some pudding or applesauce.
Pull your tongue out slightly and place a small amount of pudding or compote on the front/middle of your tongue.
Curl the tongue at the tip and sides to prevent the pudding or apple sauce from running down the tongue.
Hold the cupped position, trying to actively lift all sides of the tongue for at least 10 seconds, then swallow.
