Bites of Nutella
Take the small packet of Nutella or any other sticky, thick food like peanut butter or cream cheese.
Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of your tongue.
Place the tip of your tongue on the N point.
Swallow 2, 3 or 4 times in a row until all the Nutella is gone.
Repeat this exercise 10 times a day.
You can use a rubber band to help keep your tongue on the N-point.
