Water traps
For this exercise you'll need a glass of water.
Put a small amount of the drink in your mouth without swallowing.
Suck the liquid onto the roof of your mouth with your tongue.
The whole tongue should be lifted over the roof of the mouth, not touching the teeth.
Test the strength of your grip by leaning forward, head down. Are there any leaks?
After testing your trap, place the tip of your tongue on the N-point and swallow.
Complete for a total of 10 sips.
