Flat tongue Pointed tongue

Open your mouth a little and stick out your tongue  

Try to form the sharpest tongue possible  

Hold this position for 10 seconds  

Relax the tongue muscles and the whole thing will flatten out  

Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times a day  

It's easier for the tongue to become sharp if you touch the tip of your finger first.
