Pinching and nodding
Sit with good posture.
Take a short, silent breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
After exhaling, pinch your nose to prevent air from entering or leaving.
Nod gently up and down for as long as you can.
When you need to breathe, inhale through your nose and calm your breathing as quickly as possible.
Wait about 30 seconds and repeat, 3 times. Your nose should be completely unblocked by the third repetition.
Repeat morning and evening every day.
