Bagette Bites 

Take the orthodontic elastics and the pair of chopsticks. 

Place a rubber band at the tip of your tongue and a second rubber band a little further back. 

Place the chopstick as far back as possible on the molars, where it's comfortable, and bite down. 

Lift your tongue over the chopstick and relax your lips. 

Hold this position for 30 minutes a day.
