

Sit down with good posture
Take a small quiet breath in and out through your nose
After exhale pinch your nose so no air can come in or out
Gental nod your head up and down for as long as you can
When you need to breath in do so through your nose and calm your breathing as fast as you can
Wait about 30 seconds and start again, repeat this 3 times, your nose should be completely unblocked by the third try
Repeat this in the morning and evening of each day
Gather your myochew appliance from your supply bag
Wrap your lips around the lip shield and close your lips tightly
Place you top and bottom teeth in the arch form of the myochew and chew
Chew for 20 minutes a day
Take out the bag of ortho elastics from your supply bag
Gather a bite of food and chew until you are ready to swallow
Gather the food to the middle of your tongue
Hold an elastic with your tongue to the n-spot, bite your teeth together and then swallow
Complete one full meal while doing this exercise, liquids during this meal do not count
Gather the silly straw from your supply bag and a cup of water or drink of your choice
Place the straw in the cup and place the straw flat on your front teeth
Place your tongue to the n-spot and close your lips over the straw
Keep your teeth together and drink from the straw
Repeat this exercise 10 times
Each time using the same amount of liquid, about 1/3 of a cup
Ideally it should take you about 30 seconds, time yourself and see the progress
Gather the ortho elastics and the pair of chopsticks from your supply bag
Place one elastic at the tip of your tongue and a second elastic a little further back
Place the chopstick as far back on the molars as comfortable and bite down
Lift the tip of the tongue over the chopstick and relax your lips
Hold this position for 30 minutes a day
Gather the snack sized pack of Nutella from your supply bag or any other sticky thick food such as peanut butter or cream cheese
Place a teaspoon sized amount onto the mid portion of your tongue
Place the tip of your tongue to the n-spot
Swallow 2,3 or 4 times in a row until all the Nutella is gone
Repeat this exercise 10 times a day
You can use an elastic to help hold your tongue at the n-spot
Gather the blue spray bottle from your supply bag and fill it with water
Open your mouth and hold your tongue to the n-spot
With your spray bottle, spray your tongue 3 times
Slurp the water onto the tongue and swallow all while keeping your tongue on the n-spot
Repeat this exercise 10 times a day
Take out your froggy mouth and small bag of ortho elastics from your supply bag
Place the froggy mouth in between your lips
Place an elastic on the tip of your tongue and hold it against the n-spot
Perform this exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day
Take out the small container of coloplast product from your supply bag
Take a pea sized amount of the product and roll it in between your fingers
Dry the roof of your mouth with a Kleenex and place the product on the n-spot
Place another piece of product further back on the center of the palate
This product is very durable and will last several hours, keep the tip of your tongue on the coloplast product for as along as the product lasts
Remove the product before falling asleep
Gather the package of string and wooden weights from your supply bag
Place a small wooden weight on the strong
Hold the string with your tongue to the n-spot, while keeping your mouth open
Using only your lips, pull the strong inward
Adjust the string in your mouth so the string remains in the n-spot
Continue until the small wooden weight reaches your lips
Repeat 5 times a day, add more weights on week two if it becomes easier
Gather the M&Ms from your supply bag
Suck your tongue to the roof of your mouth, your whole tongue should be touching the roof of your mouth
Place an M&M on each side of the “cave” that is crated when you have a good suction
Hold this position for 20 seconds and repeat 5 times
Take out the pudding or apple sauce from your supply bag
Slightly stick out your tongue and place a small amount of pudding/apple sauce in the front/mid portion of your tongue
Curl your tongue in at the tip and sides to keep the pudding/apple sauce from running off the tongue
Hold this cup shape while actively lifting the sides of the tongue for a total of 10 seconds and then swallow the pudding/apple sauce
Repeat this exercise 5-10 times a day
Have a glass of water or drink of your choice ready
Take a small sip of your drink
Trap the liquid onto the roof of your mouth by creating a suction with your tongue
Your whole tongue should be at the roof of your mouth, making sure the sides are not no part of your tongue is draping over the biting surfaces of your teeth
Hold for 20 seconds and repeat 10 times a day
Test the strength of your hold but tilting your head left and right, see if you can keep the liquid trapped
Take out the small container of coloplast product from your supply bag
Take a pea sized amount of the product and roll it in between your fingers
Dry the roof of your mouth with a Kleenex and place the product on the n-spot
Place another piece of product further back on the center of the palate
This product is very durable and will last several hours, keep the tip of your tongue on the coloplast product for as along as the product lasts
Remove the product before falling asleep
Lift up one side of the tongue so the entire tongue is straight up and down
Relax the tongue and then lift the other side
If help is needed for the tongue to achieve proper positioning, stroke the side of the tongue that will be raised first, if you need more help think about the tip of your tongue touching the inside of the lower canine
Perform 10 lifts on each side, 3 times a day
Take out the small container of coloplast product from your supply bag
Take a pea sized amount of the product and roll it in between your fingers
Dry the roof of your mouth with a Kleenex and place the product on the n-spot
Create a good adaption but applying pressure on the product, especially around the boarders
This product is very durable and will last several hours, keep the tip of your tongue on the coloplast product for as along as the product lasts
Remove the product before falling asleep
Take out the pack of ortho elastics from your supply bag
Stick out your tongue and place an elastic on the tip
Place a second elastic a little further back on the tongue
Place a third elastic even further back on the tongue
Press your whole tongue to the roof of your mouth and close your mouth and relax
Perform this exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day
Take out the pack of bubblegum from your supply bag
Chew a piece of gum into a small ball and place the ball on the middle of your tongue
Push your whole tongue to the roof of your mouth while keeping your mouth open, when done properly the gum will flatten into a thin layer on your palate
Repeat this exercise 20 times, holding for 20 seconds each time
Gather a cheerio or M&M from your supply bag
Stick out your tongue and place the cheerio/M&M flat onto the mid portion of your tongue
Curl your tongue into a taco hold and wiggle to guide the cheerio/M&M to stand up like a wheel
Once the cheerio/M&M is in the wheel position, hold for a count of 10 seconds and repeat this 3 times a day
Take out the goldfish crackers that was provided to you, cheerios or chocolate chips also work
Place the goldfish on the mid-section of your tongue
Place the tip of your tongue on the n-spot and create suction with your tongue to squish the goldfish against the roof of your mouth
Keep your mouth closed and swallow when needed without letting go of the goldfish
Repeat this with 10 goldfish crackers and only replace the goldfish once it has melted
Gather your froggy mouth appliance
Place the froggy mouth in between your lips and hold it in place
Hold the froggy mouth in place for 20 minutes a day, keep your posture upright to prevent drooling
Gather the silly straw that was given to you
Stick out your tongue and place the straw on the very center of your tongue from front to back
Apply a moderate amount of pressure with the straw and the sides of your tongue will naturally want to curl around it, once you achieve a small curl hold and squeeze tight
Repeat for a total of 20 holds a day, each time holding 10 seconds
Gather your froggy mouth appliance
Place your lips into the grooves of the froggy mouth, make sure to breathe through your nose
Squeeze your lips together until they touch, and hold for 10 seconds
Repeat this exercise 15 times, twice a day
For this exercise you are going to need the pencil that was provided to you, a chopstick can also do the trick
Place the pencil horizontally on your bottom teeth just behind your canines and slowly bite down
Curl the tip of your tongue under the pencil and try to pull it up for 10 seconds
Repeat this 10 times a day
Gather the bag of cheerios or if you prefer the small bag of ortho elastics that was provided to you
Stick out your tongue and place the cheerio/elastics on the tip of your tongue
Place the cheerio/elastics on your n-spot which is just behind your two front teeth
You can now close your mouth and relax
Hold this for a minimum of 30 minutes a day more is always better
Gather your tongue depressor that was provided to you
Stick out your tongue and make a point
Place the tongue depressor on the tongue and curl the tip of your tongue up
Resist with your tongue for a count of 5 seconds
Repeat 10 times and day, as you go along, and your tongue gets stronger you can increase to 10 seconds
Open your mouth slightly and stick out your tongue
Try and make a point with the tip of your tongue, hold this point for 10 seconds, if you are having difficulties try touching the tip of your tongue to your finger
Relax the muscles of your tongue
Repeat this 10-20 times a day
Gather and open your myo brace lip trainer
Assemble the two pieces by tying the arm to the lip trainer
Place the myo brace trainer in your mouth making sure the rough part of the trainer is on the bottom and close your lips tightly around it
Gently pull on the arm enough where your lips are trying very hard to keep the lip trainer in
Pull for 10 seconds and then release, repeat this 10 times a day
Place the balloon between your lips and blow up the balloon to a large size breathing only through your nose
Release the air in the balloon
Repeat this exercise 10 times a day, make sure to use a new balloon everyday
Gather your froggy mouth appliance
Place your lips into the grooves of the froggy mouth, make sure to breathe through your nose
Squeeze your lips together until they touch, and hold for 10 seconds
Repeat this exercise 15 times, twice a day
